Job Description
A healthcare sector integrated marketing solutions company is looking for a top-tier business builder to spearhead the company\'s sales and expansion endeavors.
The main responsibilities for the Business Development Manager include:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company\'s target customers and devise efficient sales and marketing strategies.
- Seek out strategic business partners to enhance the business value chain.
- Establish rapport with corporate clients to comprehend their needs and preferences.
- Build networks within hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and pharmacies to serve as marketing platforms.
- Achieve predetermined sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of sales & marketing experience in the healthcare sector would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Digitally savvy - sales/marketing experience in digital media is preferred.
- Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and results-oriented.
