  • This is a role with our latest product: ShopBack Pay - a new initiative that helps customer earns Cashback in the offline/online world.
  • Involve in the development and execution of the company\'s strategy for acquiring merchant partners for ShopBack Pay
  • To establish and execute the company\'s plan in acquiring merchant partners
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and identify potential clients within our target categories
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, gaining insights into their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of ShopBack Pay initiatives
  • Provide ongoing support to merchant partners, understanding their expectations and optimizing their experience with ShopBack Pay
  • Manage relationships with channel partners to enhance the reach and effectiveness of our business development efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development / Account management experience, preferably within the technology or e-commerce sector
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with good analytical capabilities.
  • A self-starter and motivated individual with a can\'t-is-not-an-option attitude.
  • A problem-solver who is not discouraged by failure or mistakes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
