Work with the Country GM in business development initiatives
To work with Country GM, Logistic Manager, and other related parties in designing the new logistics solution that improve efficiency and for sustainability
Prepare proposal for customers and prepare proposal for MEDLOG\xe2\x80\x99s management
Prepare the report to update management on periodic basis
Ensure the sale budget is achieved
Propose the action in response to the market change
Execute the sale and marketing program to meet expected deliverables
Coach and manage the sale and CS team
Work with the logistics and operations team to ensure the commitment with customers is delivered successfully
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in Engineer, Business Administration, Marine, logistics and supply chain
Fluent presentation skill in English and Malay as well as communication
Experience in sale and marketing in sea freight, contract logistics, logistics solution, or cross border operation
Experience in managing the commercial, sale, and marketing for at least 3 years
Excellent analytical skill and Reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, prioritization, proactive handling and teamwork with ability to meet deadlines
