Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in F&B disposable packaging is a plus.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required. Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using RM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of market and competitive analysis.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. Leverage networking to expand the client base and increase business volume.
  • Conduct targeted cold calling and strategic outreach to develop robust business opportunities.
  • Effectively promote the company\'s products and services, aligning solutions with clients\' objectives and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Skillfully manage and resolve client objections, emphasizing agreements and working towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Attend industry events and conferences, providing valuable feedback and insights on market and creative trends.
  • Advise mid and senior-level management on business trends, contributing to the development of new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize market and competitor insights to develop and communicate the company\'s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management within the sales system. Submit detailed progress reports.
  • Forecast sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet or exceed these targets.
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate data entry for quotations and orders. Provide backup support for the Senior Shipping Coordinator and Purchaser as needed.
