Job Responsibilities 1. Develop new opportunities by analyzing business needs. Expand customer portfolio by identifying and developing local and international business opportunities. 2. Responsible for company brand and product brand planning. 3. Increase company branding to enhance corporate development and quality of leads. 4. To design, create and deliver successful marketing communication programs to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives effectively. 5. Responsible for planning and managing as well as tracking of all marketing budgets and actual spend for all brands. 6. Drive continuous company-branding, marketing activities and cost cutting improvement. 7. Responsible for the new business unit P/L and increase profit and business growth generated. 8. Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs Requirement 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. 2. Experience in the PCBA manufacturing environment or related industry is preferable. 3. Strong management skill and able to drive revenue and growth of the organization. 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Good command of written and spoken English and Thai. 6. Candidates must be willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
