: Business Development & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team!

In this role, you will help drive the growth of our personal care brands by developing marketing strategies, build client/distributors relationships and exploring new business opportunities.

With the help of the teammates, you will be assisting in content creation, marketing research and event coordination. This is a hands-on role where creativity, communication skills and enthusiasm for the beauty and wellness industry will be the key to driving the brand success.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and related field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply) Passion for the beauty industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Basic understanding of managing social media platforms and usage of Canva, Adobe Illustrator Ability to work well in a team and independently Previous experience in beauty industry is a plus Positive attitude, proactive approach and eagerness to learn
