Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors within the medical manufacturing industry.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and deliver presentations demonstrating the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit compelling business proposals, bids, and RFP responses to secure new contracts and partnerships.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals
• Monthly sales forecast reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s degree in any related field.
• Sales Driven / Target Driven Experience with client management and relationship activities, preferably in a professional service environment.
• A confident team player with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive attitude
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in medical manufacturing / OEM / EMS field is required for this position.
• Must possess own transport.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
