Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in business administration, marketing engineering or architecture or related field.
Have 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on new store expansion.
Candidates who can design 2D plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software would have an advantage.
Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Resilient to changes, with the ability to multi-task and strive well under pressure
High adaptability, with the ability to generate innovative and creative out-of-the-box solutions, overcome project hurdles.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
Identify new market opportunities for expanding our new store footprint to achieve new store growth targets.
Undertake on-site recce and feasibility study to determine suitability to the brand\'s ideal store benchmark.
Develop and maintain leasing proposal, and location risk scoring model and metrics to measure new location suitability and support strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, real estate agents, contractors, architect, interior designer, vendors, and authorities
Negotiate with landlord and real estate agent for favorable lease terms and conditions of new store locations, including the review and execution of the letter of offer, and leasing agreement.
Prepare bill of quantity and store concept & design plan prior to engaging with architect, interior designer and contractor for discussion and finalisation.
Coordinate with external parties to ensure accurate and prompt submission of the drawings and supporting documents to the mall\'s IT-out team for approval.
Monitor, manage and track project progress to ensure delivery on time QA / QC and within the budget.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on new store expansion progress and constraints / issues.
Identify and solve project issues and escalate complex issues for remediation.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure successful launch of new stores on time.
When not handling new store expansion, to assist in tasks related to new store operations audit to ensure compliance with the Company\'s performance benchmarks.
Any other work tasks that may be assigned by the Company\'s management from time to time.
