About the Role

We're looking for a

Business Development Representative

to join our team and drive growth for our industry-leading cloud platform. In this role, you'll identify and qualify high-potential leads, engage with decision-makers from mid to large corporate accounts, and build a strong sales pipeline.

You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside Sales, Cloud, and Solution Architect teams -- playing a key role in connecting innovative technology solutions with real business value.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and prospect high-potential corporate accounts. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their pain points and business goals. Work with internal teams and principals to craft compelling value propositions tailored to client needs. Qualify leads through research, conversations, and needs analysis. Collaborate with Field Sales and Solutions Architects to design comprehensive proposals and solutions. Provide sales support by preparing detailed prospect information, meeting summaries, and reports. Contribute to pipeline development, forecasting, and performance tracking. Stay current on cloud technologies, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development -- preferably in the technology or cloud sector. Proven track record in lead generation, qualification, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives. Understanding of cloud computing concepts and the competitive technology landscape. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about exceeding goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
