We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative located in Cyberjaya working in a hybrid environment.As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus is on the sales pipeline and generating leads and here at Quest we strive to be the best of the very best in everything we do. • Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
• Participate in Outbound Campaigns for Install Base and Net New Customers to drive sales opportunities
• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
• Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements.
• Provide engaging and articulate information about Quest Software\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition to potential customers.
• Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in CRM system.
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales management.
• Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and can develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems
• Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team
• CRM and excel skills required
• Sales cadence and deal review experience
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills both English and Chinese
• Ideally, familiar with Quest Software products
