Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Representative who is responsible for driving strategic opportunities for Quest across assigned territories. The role will hunt for new and untouched opportunities that can expand target markets and generate sales opportunities across the APJ region. Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be managing and prioritising inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities through researching accounts, leads and identifying contacts for tailored outreach.
Other key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Delivering high quality meetings to account executives by following qualification criteria
Developing specific daily, weekly and monthly activity metrics to help you achieve targets
Leveraging lead generation programs, content and events provided by the marketing team
Collaborating with account executives on a daily basis
Using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
Utilising calls, emails and social platforms to connect and engage with prospects
Qualifications:
2 years of Inside Sales or Business Development representative experience in an IT Software sales environment
Highly proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and Excel skills with a passion for as well as experience within sales and SaaS technology, along with a commitment to team and company success
Fluency in English and Chinese language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a fast-paced prospecting/ outbound sales development role
An eagerness to learn, you are curious and customer centric
