Responsibilities:

Identify and secure suitable sites for billboard erection.
Collect all preliminary information related to potential sites such as landowner, land title/grant, annual rental etc.
Gather market information related to outdoor advertising industry.
Prepare all relevant documentation for submission to relevant local authorities for approval.
Prepare/ and assist in preparing proposals for any new project.
Build good rapport with the local authorities.
Monitor construction and maintenance jobs.
Maintain the existing sites to make sure all-in good conditions and comply the requirements by the local authorities.
Must be ready to assist in any special task given by the superior relates to his job function.
Obtain licenses for existing and new billboards.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Advertising, Business Admin, Town Planning or equivalent.
Preferably with one (1) year working experience (5 years for Manager) in outdoor advertising or related field.
Able to work independently to identify new sites for development.
Good PR skill is a must as the incumbent is needed to create good rapport with government agencies and local authorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Advance skills in MS Office.
Possess own transport with valid driving license.
Must be willing to travel nationwide.
