WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Presenting Company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
To conduct market research and to identify business opportunities.
Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
Establishing customer needs and selling products/solutions accordingly.
Work from a define list of prospects to sign long-term partners for the car park business.
To ensure that the business survey is performing in conformity to the project\'s requirement and to adhere to the department\'s required standard.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years experiences in Sales & Marketing, Business Development and other related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skill all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
Possess own transportation.
Willing to travel and meeting with potential customers.
