Job Description


  • A bachelor\'s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field would be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years experience in sales, operations, or a related area.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Capable of analyzing sales data, market trends, and operational performance to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in identifying issues, finding solutions, and implementing improvements in sales and operations processes.
  • Familiarity with sales software, RM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Meticulous in handling sales contracts, operational documentation, and financial records.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, conduct presentations and demonstrations of our solutions, showcasing their value and benefits.
  • Conduct in-depth research and engage with clients to understand their challenges and pain points in order to realize their requirements better.
  • Conduct training for company products, sales strategics and new projects to sales staff and agents.
  • Coordinate with various departments and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings if needed, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales funnel, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, and marketing, to conceptualize and develop new products.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to maintain our product integrity.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including updates, upgrades, and eventual retirement.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
