Work with senior management to design and implement business development strategies.
Draft business plans and go-to-market strategies based on client business models or new product launches (e.g., Company's Visa Card).
Create and execute digital marketing strategies to support growth initiatives and product promotion.
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process--from initial outreach, product introduction, technical integration, to live deployment.
Structure and propose commercially viable models and partnership frameworks.
Conduct industry and competitor research to provide market insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure smooth execution of commercial and operational plans.
Represent company with professionalism and clarity during presentations, pitches, and client engagements.
Requirements
Passion for fintech, digital finance, and innovative product development.
Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
Proven experience in managing client lifecycles and digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to present ideas effectively.
Strong command of both English and Chinese is required.
Experience in Web3, blockchain, or payment solutions is a strong advantage.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
