The Role Responsibilities Job Role Provide support to Develop and manage the financial modelling to support business decisions and initiatives (pricing and campaigns). Manage monthly closing reporting, quarterly forecast and annual budget process. assist business to prepare financial projection and business plan. Support business in developing new products. Study, analyze and benchmark competitors\' performance. Responsibility also extends to activities supporting Standard Chartered Saadiq Berhad (if any). Strategy Business and Strategic Planning Prepare financial modelling and projections for business plan. Support business to perform competitors benchmarking analysis. Support and participate in projects and ad hoc activities. Business Budgeting and Forecasting Work with Business to prepare, plan and translate the business strategies and plans into financially achievable numbers during annual budget process. Work with Business to prepare quarterly forecast review and submission to Group Finance. Processes Financial Management and Reporting Perform analytical review on business performance and prepare business commentary. Analyze profitability of the business based on various product dynamics / drivers to provide value-added advice and insight to business for decision making. Cost Management - coordinate PARs / Concept Paper approval process, perform cost analysis. Risk Management Ensure accounting matters for business are in accordance with the acceptable accounting practices and group accounting policies. Governance Ensure compliance with the Group Management Reporting guidelines, Group Accounting policy, Financial control policy and local regulations. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
