Business Intelligence is central to the growth of a business, while automation is necessary to provide constant improvements from an efficiency and performance. This job incorporates both aspects, a role requiring good business acumen to make strategic decisions while utilising modern automation technologies to improve all aspects of business.

• Responsible for the successful delivery of business intelligence information to the entire organization and is experienced in BI development and implementations, data architecture and data warehousing.
• Responsible for monitoring and tuning queries and data loads} addressing user questions concerning data integrity, monitoring performance and communicating functional and technical issues.
• Manage and fulfil management\'s expectations & requirements to support business growth and objectives.
• Work effectively and efficiently with internal IT team and external party (e.g. consultant, suppliers) to ensure seamless support to management & users on IT matters which involves both software and hardware.
• Translate business needs to technical specifications by plan, create coordinate, and deploy data warehouses.
• Design, build and deploy Bl solutions (e.g. reporting tools) and design end user interface.
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. Micro Strategy).
• Develop data architecture, data modelling, and mapping solutions within structured data warehouse environment.
• Monitor the Bl systems performance and integrity provide corrective and preventative maintenance as required .
• Develop and update technical documentation.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.

• Bachelor Degree in computer engineering, computer science or its equivalent in related IT field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining.
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ET L (Extract, transform, load) framework.
• Familiarity with Bl technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power Bl).Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
