Why does this job exist and why is it critical GTM Cadence: Facilitate Fiber Breakthrough forums to drive accountability for GTM outcomes and consolidate escalations Solutioning: Provide support in running root cause analysis and solutioning for problems in L2A and GTM (e.g. Flowthrough issues) What are you accountable for Reports to Head of Fiber Office and coordinate with commercial and technical teams to accelerate Fiber Deployment Diagnose key root causes of critical Fiber GTM bottlenecks and develop mitigation solutions Facilitate Fiber Breakthrough forums to drive accountability for key outcomes Analyze list of escalations from working teams, establish clear understanding of issues, and develop potential resolutions Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize key issues to be escalated Oversee development of working team and closely monitor performance against KPIs Support the identification and implementation of improvements of project processes for GTM Evolve into a subject matter expert on fiber Monetization at Maxis and drive continuous improvement initiatives as FPO transitions into a Center of Excellence in the future What do you need to have for this role Must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent 7+ years of related experience in a project management for the telecommunications industry Strong written and verbal communications skills, experience delivering executive-level presentations Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills Analytical approach to problem solving experience, with a focus on managing a team environment Demonstrate attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment What\'s next Once you\'ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
