Why does this job exist and why is it critical Debottlenecking: Diagnose key root causes of critical bottlenecks and develop mitigation solutions Examples of specific responsibilities: OSP Vendor Mgmt: Coordinate collaborative co-design to select strategic OSP partners and support in vendor rate card benchmarking exercise Deployment: Deep dive into vendors with large punch list to determine root causes and learnings that can be shared across vendors Permitting: Drive accountability and support in top-down / bottom-up engagement planning to resolve permit delays What are you accountable for Reports to Head of Fiber Office and coordinate with commercial and technical teams to accelerate Fiber Deployment Diagnose key root causes of critical Fiber deployment bottlenecks and develop mitigation solutions. E.g. Perform deep dive analysis of vendors with large punch list to determine root causes and synthe key learnings Drive accountability and support in top-down / bottom-up engagement plans to resolve permit delays Analyze list of escalations from working teams, establish clear understanding of issues, and develop potential resolutions Coordinate with cross-functional teams toprioritize key issues to be escalated Facilitate collaborative co-design sessions on strategic initiatives, including selecting strategic partners and vendors using appropriate methodology and conducting rate card benchmarking exercises Oversee development of working team and closely monitor performance against KPIs Evolve into a subject matter expert on fiber rollout at Maxis and drive continuous improvement initiatives as FPO transitions into a Center of Excellence in the future What do you need to have for this role Must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent 9+ years of strategic supplier relationship management experience in the telecommunications industry Strong written and verbal communications skills, experience delivering executive-level presentations Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills Analytical approach to problem solving experience, with a focus on managing a team environment Demonstrate attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment What\'s next Once you\'ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
