Business Management Executive

Job Description



We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Management Executive to join our team. This role supports the administration and human resources departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to overall business efficiency.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage administrative tasks and assist in business-related activities effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support



Manage and organize company files, records, and documentation. Handle calls, messages, and general inquiries professionally. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Oversee courier services Support daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace. Assist in compiling and processing staff claims. Help manage customer orders, delivery coordination, and related documentation.

Human Resources Support



Assist in the recruitment process -- posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations. Support onboarding activities, including preparation of paperwork and orientation sessions. Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and statutory contributions. Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and evaluation forms. Track attendance, leave records, and time management. Help organize employee activities, meetings, and company events. Respond to employee queries related to HR matters and policies.

Marketing Support



Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors for marketing or company events. Support company workshops, conferences, and promotional activities as needed.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Prior experience in administrative or HR roles is an advantage. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Meticulous with strong attention to detail and confidentiality. Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Basic knowledge of HR practices or employment regulations is a plus.
