MohonKelayakanWe are looking for a sales-driven Business Manager with a proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets and a passion for building a collaborative team environment. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in customer service, has experience in the aesthetic, beauty or wellness industry, and possesses the leadership skills to inspire a results-oriented team with strong team spirit. The Business Manager will focus on driving revenue, delivering a superior client experience, and fostering a positive, productive workplace.Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality industry with a strong, proven record of achieving sales targets.
Skills:
  • Mandarin fluency is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on driving sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and build client relationships.
  • Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, products, and industry regulations is a plus.
TanggungjawabSales and Revenue Management
  • Oversee daily sales operations ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct morning briefing to ensure daily sales target is met and maximize appointments.
  • Responsible for ensuring branch hit sales target.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, adjusting strategies to drive revenue.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Mentor and coach team members in the areas of sales /Clinic SOP/ Grooming as in accordance of Operations SOP

  • Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new leads.
  • Strategically plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost clinic traffic and sales.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, refining strategies to maximize impact on revenue.
