Develop Hire Purchase sales tactics and plans that are in line with the AFS sales strategy.
Coordinate business activities in achieving AFC\'s and the Bank\'s objectives in line with the rules and regulations.
Achieve the targets set by management and manage the actual performance against targets for the sales staff.
Adhere to the Delegated Authority (DA) and Power of Attorney (PA) vested on the holder.
Ensure strict compliance with business rules, terms of underwriting, Statutory requirements and company guidelines.
Ensure timely pick-up of loan application for evaluation, verification, approval, including appeal (cases within Business Manager\'s DA) and subsequent escalation to Retail Credit Management - Auto (RCRM-Auto) for decision.
Ensure disbursement documentation in order and approved terms/conditions fulfilled and recommend to iCIMB for disbursement approval.
Review and reply to audit reports, attend audit meetings, follow up on issues raised and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken to avoid recurrence.
Oversee AFC\'s general administration matters and ensure proper control, i.e utility expenses, fixed assets, office equipment, maintenance premises and as key holder.
Monitoring of performance of staff at AFC & Guidance to staff. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
