PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Under general supervision, assist customer in evaluate and implement regional strategic and value-added programs. Conducts analysis of operations including program assurance and improvement. Perform benchmarking and metrics reporting regarding account-level KPI\'s.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Improvement program and analytical work of the account. Ensure harmonized process is developed and followed
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely and accurate reporting of regional balance score card
Capture value generation savings for client and incentive for the account
Conduct alignment training on client process with all affiliates
Perform analysis using set of maintenance history data and come up with useful ideas which potentially generates cost savings and efficiencies
Work closely with country affiliates and ensure all client required reports are generated on time
Review and validate accuracy of information provided by country affiliates
Review capital project progress and report to CBD if there any follow up needed from in-country
Produce report from CMMS system such as SQL, crystal or maximo
Verify post implementation of data upload in the system to ensure accuracy
Update work procedure documents when needed

RELATIONSHIPS:
Reporting to Customer Business Director, works closely with client regional manager. Close working relationship with regional team and affiliate account managers.
REQUIREMENT PROFILE: (Qualification / Knowledge and Skills Required)
Strong knowledge in analytical work
Strong aptitude in Microsoft application especially Excel
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience:
Able to use analytical tools such as pivot table, v-lookup in excel and come up with meaningful presentation
Language:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required
Computer skills:
Microsoft Word/Power Point/Excel.
Supervisory skills:
Not required. However must be able to work with the team from various countries and ensure provide meaningful support
