Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Specialist. The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing business back-end operations to ensure the success of program implementation. Qualifications Business operations, business analysis, and analytical skills Programme Operational Management Excellent communication and customer service skills Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, or related field Experience with project management and quality control Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in training or consultancy, operations research, or data analysis would be beneficial but not required.
