About the job

As an experienced Business Process Expert, you will get the opportunity to be a part of the Global Process- Data- and Automation Intelligence Team of Sanofi Business Services. In our Process Intelligence department, you will be an enabler to constantly improve our E2E Core Model Processes, working with best-in-class technologies like SAP Signavio and being a part of an international transformational multi-cultural organization that is driving digitalization.

This position is a key role in our transversal organization, contributing the realization of our business\'s long-term objectives across all Sanofi Business Service.

In this role you will\xe2\x80\xa6

• Act as a central point of knowledge for Signavio Tool and BPMN 2.0 methodology
• Contribute to Project execution and Transition Projects as well as support of ad hoc requests
• Evaluating existing and new designed business processes as a quality gate keeper
• Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
• Maintain training material and documentation to be provided to stakeholders
• Access control and tool Administration for BPM Tool SAP Signavio
• Reporting status of ongoing initiatives to Key Stakeholders
• Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes
• Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback

About you

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Processes \xe2\x80\x93 IT Administrator, System Architect, Junior RPA
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP R/3, SAP S/4, SAP HANA, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
• Experience with Business Process Modelling Notations \xe2\x80\x93 (BPMN, EPC, BPEL)
• Experience with process architecture tools (Signavio, Aris, Appian, etc )
• Knowledge of transactional / back office systems or reporting systems (SAP, WorkDay, eBuy, Coupa)
• Delivery orientation and growth mindset
• Ability to work across processes, geographies, nationalities and cultures
• Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
• Fluency in English mandatory
• High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills
• Background in Computer Science or Business Administration preferable
• Experience or certification in Agile methodologies and Continuous Improvement advantageous (Lean Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of programming language advantageous
• Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment
• Digital & technology savviness
• Team player
