What you will do:

• Led manufacturing optimization projects and collaborated across backend manufacturing sites.
• Track progress against key metrics and ensure a smooth transition of new processes.
• System analysis, functional testing, including UAT, and incident management.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures.
• Coordinate with the S&P team for integral areas and issue resolution.
• Provide user training and monthly key user meetings.
• Support system change management requests and monitor interface errors.

What you will need:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent. Alternatively, a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science, especially if coupled with relevant industry experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing systems and processes, with a preference for leadership roles in optimisation projects.
• Proficient in SAP and other relevant manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
