Plays an important role in implementing E-invoicing process/projects with the supports of Assistant Manager and the team.
Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Coordinate with all stakeholders including cross-functional teams and overseas stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.
Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Communicate the status of projects, including progress, milestones achieved, pending tasks, as well as any potential risks, challenges, or issues to stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, analyses existing workflows, suggesting improvements, and implementing corrective measures as necessary to enhance processes.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, continuously refining them throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with project goals and adherence to deadlines.
Prepare detail meeting minutes, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders and maintaining proper records for future reference.
Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
Other duties as may be assigned by HOD.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Business Management, Accounting or any related field.
Previous working experience in Project Management and coordinate with different stakeholder.
Good communication in English.
Proficient in SAP is an added advantage.
