In this role you are responsible to provide solution as well as operation support to APJ Sales and Marketing Group SMG to fulfill customer and internal business needs you are required to support the business operation team for operation works eg order management shipment inquiries pricing sample account setup data operation works. You are expected to deliver the expected business output per the business requirement and meet quality and time requirement Role & Responsible: you are responsible to provide solution as well as operation support to APJ Sales and Marketing Group SMG to fulfill customer and internal business needs. you are required to support the business operation team for operation works ex: order management shipment inquiries pricing sample account setup data operation works. You are expected to deliver the expected business output per the business requirement and meet quality and time requirement. Responsible for provide program supports include: UAT, document biz operation step, project specific supports for each project Regular daily business task supports and communicate with different stakeholders on per task required. Qualifications You should have : an education background in Business management Supply chain Computer science information technology Fluent oral and written English, mandarin. Use both as the primary working language Japanese Cantonese and Korea language skill is an added advantage Well-developed written and verbal communication. Able to listen and articulate logically and clearly Know how to use Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook for daily operation Prior experience in supply chain related area is preferred.
