Job Description


Job Purpose/Summary:

  • To process documents/policies outsource to Operations Excellence \xe2\x80\x93 Process Support Centre (PSC).
  • To handle general office job functions.
Key responsibilities:
  • To ensure tasks assigned are carry out promptly and accurately.
  • To ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in Accuracy, Turnaround Time and Productivity are achieved consistently as stated in the Business Goals.
  • To ensure all data capturing templates/systems are consistently updated in an agile and accurate manner.
  • To update user manual timely & accurately.
  • To seek collective success through diversity and collaboration, support and working together with all team members to achieve team objectives.
  • To be able to process 1 core + 1 cross function and performing UAT. Good behaviours to be consistently carry out.
  • To assist Supervisor in any other duties assigned when deemed necessary.
  • Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned.
  • Assist in conducting training (if assign).
  • Assist in Cross/Pre/Post Checking (if assign).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: Up to RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
