BRIEF
As the Business Support Executive, the primary role includes providing day-to-day business development and administrative support to the Enviro and Operations departments to ensure the smooth running of the company operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
\xc2\xb7 To provide general business development, accounting and administrative support to the departments as required including maintenance of filings systems and database records.
\xc2\xb7 Perform daily accounting data, ledger and payment.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare sales invoice, delivery order, purchases order and purchase invoice.
\xc2\xb7 Printing and issuance of payment voucher.
\xc2\xb7 Perform bank reconciliation.
\xc2\xb7 Keeping updated records of debtor and creditor payment.
\xc2\xb7 In charge of utilities payment.
\xc2\xb7 Manage and prepare staff duty roster.
\xc2\xb7 Manage inventory for office stationeries and pantry.
\xc2\xb7 Compile staff claims for monthly submission.
\xc2\xb7 Focal point for corporate collaterals.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.
\xc2\xb7 Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
