Job Description


Job Responsibilities:- 1. To handle daily administration tasks of the department. 2. To assist in documents compilation for submission. 3. To assist the team in responding to enquiries, calls and requests. 4. Cross-check and ensure all electronic correspondence that are processed comply with procedures including all Private and Confidential document and related information. 5. To assist in schedule planning when required. 6. To assist in marketing materials preparation. 7. Maintaining and regularly updating the master database and records. 8. Comply to department SOP and company integrated management. 9. Additional responsibilities outside the scope of the current job description may be assigned. Job Requirements:- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, marketing or any other related field. - Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. - At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience. - Able to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage. - Experience in relevant industries will be an advantage. - A creative thinker with a passion for the arts. - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Organizational skills, attention to detail and capable to work well whether alone or as part of a team.
