Assist HR team with employee data management and documentation.
Support administrative tasks such as events setup, scheduling, filing, and reporting.
Collaborate with operations team on workflow coordination and process improvements.
Help prepare internal communication and training materials.
Participate in ad-hoc projects related to business and operational needs.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
