Job Description

:
Key-in new orders and issuance of official receipt.
Submission of e-Hakmilik and registration (e-Daftar) for new vehicle sales.
Invoicing of orders.
Closing of files and ensure all documents are in order.
Issue insurance cover note for new vehicle sales.
Handling issues pertaining to insurance for new vehicle sales.
Assist in customer insurance renewal.
Follow up on reimbursements of Hire Purchase loans from banks after invoicing.
Any other jobs that assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business OR equivalent related experience.
At least two (2) years of working experience in automotive, business management and administration would be an advantage.
Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
