Business Transformation Specialist
Job Description
: Lead and drive projects at a platform level to improve processes, grow topline, or other transformative impact. Work closely across departments to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and execute project plans. Facilitate meetings to drive project progress and decision-making. Programme-manage certain key initiatives to ensure healthy progress and successful completion. Communicate and present findings and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders in a structured manner Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field Candidates with 1-5 years of working experience in business consulting/ advisory field are welcome to apply Superb business acumen with a desire to manage own business unit Display ownership and initiative in driving projects forward, while working collaboratively with others. Systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex consideration Highly analytical and able to generate and present meaningful and actionable data-backed analysis in a structured manner Enjoys problem solving Proficient with Google Sheets and slides-making
