Our client is one of the top global one-stop telecommunications infrastructure company. In order to support the company\'s rapid and aggressive growth, our client is seeking a young and dynamic Business Transformation Specialist.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role to facilitate and work alongside the C-suites in identifying, defining, evaluating, prioritising, monitoring and managing process improvement and organisational efficiency initiatives.Job Responsibilities

• Assist to identify, evaluate, facilitate, prioritize, monitor and manage a list of innovative process improvements or cost efficiency initiatives globally.
• Set, review and track project deadlines and targets in alignment with business goals.
• Project planning and review documentations for project creation, development and execution.
• Plan distribution and allocation of resources.
• Calculate and analyse financial/monetary and business risks for each project.
• Produce and review financial reports and budget outlines - set out process corrections or improvements.
• Coordinate and manage reviews by business process consultants - recommend and execute process improvements.
• Perform relevant research, develop new knowledge, get close to the business and industry in order to ensure the ability to continue to challenge the current operations and continuously add value to the organization from operational excellence perspective.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Project Management
• 3 years\' experience from consulting firms with financial analysis capabilities preferred
• Considerable exposure to strategic and operational project management
