Job description
In your new role you will:

• Support in all daily activities, meeting minutes, tracking of action items, sending deadlines, prioritizing tasks
• Assigned to one or more of the roles in scope for a Project Management Office (PMO)
• In scope of the job is the application of state-of-the art project management methodologies in the projects within the framework of the IFX tool landscape.
• Overarching targets are improvement of project execution quality, process improvements and execution compliance
• Supporting different projects as supporter with extended knowledge of PJM tooling and processes and proceeding within the PO organization
• Conducts data collection and reporting
• Responsible to measure the PO related KPIs
• Act as a project manager to migrate processes to HR Operations and support creating a process roadmap including process design and implementation planning with the aim of achieving standardization, harmonization and best practices sharing
• Analyze processes, develop process designs, adopt, implement, and ensure stabilization of results to ensure smooth handover and running operations
• Lead, coordinate and help in organizing various events or any planned initiatives.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, IT or similar field of studies
• Minimum 3 years of experience with HR standard processes, tools, and systems
• Process improvement skills and mindset as well as drive for digitalization
• Understand data dependencies between HR systems
• Fluent English skills, excellent communication skills, change management mind-set, can-do mentality
