Job Description

Responsibilities :

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs). Monitor, evaluate supplier's delivery and performance quality. Maintain and organize purchasing files and documentation systematically. Prepare and update purchasing records, reports, and price lists. Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchasing documents before submission for approval. Assist Buyer Manager with monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and purchase summaries. Any duties assign by the Buyer Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Fresh graduates with relevant internship or coursework experience in supply chain, business, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Must have a valid Malaysian motor/driving license & own transportation. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.

Working Location :

Unit 808, Block A, Kelana Business Centre, 97, Jalan SS7/2, Kelana Jaya, 47301, Petaling Jaya.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
