Qualified candidates must be either BS EE/ECE/COE, or MS graduate with 2 to 5 years of industry experience on EDA Infrastructure development and support. This individual will be the key contributor to develop and support the EDA Infrastructure to deploy a unified Lattice Design Platform (LDP) across all sites to enable common project work area setups, data management, license management, compute resource management, data mining, etc. This candidate is also expected to work with IT to provide a stable network infrastructure\xe2\x80\x8b.:

• Develop and support the engineering infrastructure for design platform that include tools installation and automation, job queuing administration, resource management system, EDA license administration, data management & revision control system using Percipient/Perforce, and issue/bug tracking using JIRA.
• Work with IT to provide a stable network infrastructure\xe2\x80\x8b.
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
• Maintain technical documents, application notes and user manuals.
• Develop test cases to address similar concerns in the future.
• Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures to ensure data security.
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
• Work with various teams to resolve problems.

Requirements:

• BS EE/ECE/COE, or MS is a strong plus.
• 2 -5 years of technical work experience is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in Windows and using Unix shell scripts, TCL, Perl, Python, etc.
• Knowledge of EDA tools is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of webpage design such as Wiki/SharePoint.
• Good teamwork and able to collaborate with multi-site teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good personal management skills.
• Good technical knowledge and experience of his/her field of expertise
