Job Responsibilities

1. To assist the Mill Engineer in mill management and day-to-day mill operations, including processing of FFB for CPO, PK and PKS production, plant maintenance to achieve minimum downtime, and process controlling to deliver quality products.

2. To assist the Mill Engineer to look after workplace safety & environmental compliance.

3. To assist the Mill Engineer in ensuring the mill is in full compliance with governing law & regulations, standards and company policies.

4. Given opportunity to practise engineering knowledge in steam power plant operation, palm oil processing, plant maintenance and fabrication.

5. To drive the operation unit with passion and efficiency, and to lead his teams in completing tasks given.

6. To be trained to obtain competencies.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, and equivalent.

2. No working experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Willing to work and live in an estate environment.

4. Candidates with positive attitudes to learn and seek for continuous improvement, good communication and coordination skills, ability to multi-task and work in a team are preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
