Kelayakan
Proven experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar F&B role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Good knowledge of cafe operations (service flow, kitchen coordination, barista operations)
Experience in inventory control, ordering, and cost management
Basic understanding of budgeting, sales targets, and profit control
Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills
Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and SOP compliance
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good communication skills (English required; Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)
Basic computer skills (POS system, reports, emails)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Tanggungjawab
Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
Supervise front-of-house and kitchen coordination
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control stock usage
Control operational costs and support sales targets achievement
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and company SOPs
Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain service quality
Prepare basic operational reports and sales updates
Support management in improving cafe performance and efficiency
