Oversee daily cafe operations (front & kitchen)
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top service quality
Monitor food presentation, cleanliness & service standards
Manage staff scheduling, attendance & discipline
Handle customer feedback & maintain high satisfaction
Control cost, stock & daily cash report
Work closely with owner on marketing, sales & promotions
Ensure cafe runs efficiently and meets monthly targets
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience in cafe or F&B management
Strong leadership & communication skills
Organized, reliable & proactive
Knowledge of basic accounting and stock management
Passionate about coffee, food & team development
