Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor in F&B / cafe / restaurant environment
Must have experience and knowledge in seafood handling, preparation, or seafood-focused kitchen operations
Strong understanding of daily cafe operations, customer service standards, and food safety guidelines
Ability to lead and supervise staff effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and able to work under pressure
Good time management, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control
Tanggungjawab
Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Supervise seafood handling processes (e.g., receiving, storage, freshness check, preparation workflow)
Ensure seafood ingredients meet quality and hygiene standards
Lead, train, and schedule cafe staff to maintain high service standards
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve service issues professionally
Monitor and manage inventory, especially seafood stock and perishables
Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety & hygiene regulations
Assist with cashiering, order taking, and service operations when needed
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management
Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager or director
