Supervise daily cafe and canteen operations, ensuring smooth food and beverage service for staff and guests.
Oversee and coordinate cafe crew schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained at all times.
Handle customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
Operate and oversee the cashless payment or POS system, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and support management in achieving cost control and service efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in cafe, canteen, or F&B operations.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and customer service standards.
Good leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate team members.
Proficiency in POS or cashless payment systems, with basic administrative skills.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to interact well in a multicultural environment.
Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
