1)Membuat pangilan kepada pelanggan berkenaan akaun tertunggak. 2)Membantu pelanggan dalam proses pembayaran / penjadualan semula. 3)Merekod / mengemaskini maklumat/data pelanggan. 4)Menghantar Notis kepada pelanggan. 5)Membantu /memberi maklumat/ Jalan penyelesaian kepada pelanggan.
