The company specializes in providing superior market conditions for investors, allowing them to diversify their portfolios and navigate various markets with stability and reliability.Responsibilities:De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and supportGuide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or servicesReview customer or client CRM accounts, providing updates and informationCollaborate with other departments in case of cross-department issueBeing a reliable source of information for the customers and soon-to-be customersLeading the customers to start their journey in the forex systemsRequirements:At least 2 years of proven related experience (call center sales agent/BDO) within the Forex industry, financial or telecommunication servicesAt least 1 year working experience in Sales areaEnglish level proficiency B1Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systemsStrong communication, both written and verbalGreat active listening skillsA patient and empathetic attitudeAdaptability and flexibilityComfortable working in fast-paced environmentsTroubleshooting skillsAbility to speak MalayShould be willing to work on weekends and public holidaysShould be willing to work on shift hours
