JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES:- Call Centre Officer/Recovery Officer : \xc2\xb7 Collect payments from delinquent customers. \xc2\xb7 Call customers using all approved methods of communication. \xc2\xb7 On overdue accounts and amount currently owed. \xc2\xb7 Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment. \xc2\xb7 Follow up frequently for payment commitments. \xc2\xb7 Handle Banking & Telco clients REQUIREMENTS:- \xc2\xb7 SPM leavers are encouraged to apply. \xc2\xb7 With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided. \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills (BM & English). \xc2\xb7 Self-discipline and Team player. \xc2\xb7 Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage BENEFITS:- \xc2\xb7 Monthly Commission !!!!! \xc2\xb7 Monthly Incentives !!!!! \xc2\xb7 Attendance Allowances \xc2\xb7 EPF & Socso & EIS !!!!! \xc2\xb7 Salary starting from RM2000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM3000 (based on experiences) Walking distance from LRT SalakSelatan (50m).
