Job Description

As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our valued banking customers. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our banking products and services.

Good command of English and ability to interact with all levels in the organization. To provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their banking needs and inquiries. To stay informed about our banking products and services, enabling you to guide customers effectively in choosing the right solutions for their financial goals. To efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. To accurately record customer interactions and transactions while maintaining confidentiality and data security. To adhere to all banking regulations and policies to ensure the integrity and security of customer accounts and transactions. To work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and provide seamless support
Requirements

SPM holders must have credits in Mathematics and English with 2 year of experience in customer service Diploma/Degree holders must have experience in customer service/call centre Must speak in fluent English
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
