Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Outbound calls to prospects with confirmed request \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolving sales issues quickly and efficiently \xe2\x80\xa2 Build relationships and cross sell featured products \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem solve and provide information about our products and services \xe2\x80\xa2 To achieve given daily and monthly targets \xe2\x80\xa2 To follow up with customers when necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 To complete customer list given and ensure conversion and success rates are met \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a positive working environment and a team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet the KPIs set by the management \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all outbound calls are attended to in a professional and courteous manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to other ad-hoc duties when required Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in a Telesales or Telemarketing role \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding phone etiquette \xe2\x80\xa2 Eye for details \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion for Service \xe2\x80\xa2 Burning fire to close on sales and achieve targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with FSI would be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Min 1 year working experience in a sales environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and selling skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be an excellent team player
