Telco Call Centre Executive (Shah Alam) (July 2023 Intake)

SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry preferably in a call center.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
MUST be able to work on shifts, on weekends, and on Public Holidays.
Degree Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
MUST be willing to work in Shah Alam and possess own transport.
Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated for Covid19.
Being able to start immediately with short notice is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

Responsible to handle the inbound calls and assist with customers\' inquiries pertaining to the company products and services.
Responsible for keeping abreast of the product knowledge.

Manfaat

Salary Package: RM 1,800.00 - RM 2,300.00 (Basic) + RM 500.00 (Allowances) + RM 1,250.00 (Max Incentives) + Overtime (Average Total Salary: RM2,800++)
