Position: Payroll/HR Executive (Shah Alam)

Remuneration:
\xc2\xb7 - RM3,500 (basic salary)
\xc2\xb7 Yearly Bonus (2 months salary)
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Maintain and Update Master Database (Personal File, Personal Database)
\xc2\xb7 Arrangement of Pre-employment Health Screening for New Join Employees
\xc2\xb7 Assistance in setting up of inventories for New Join Employees
\xc2\xb7 Monitoring and Reporting of Attendance
\xc2\xb7 Handling Leave Application, Leave Issue, Leave Balance
\xc2\xb7 Assistance in Disciplinary Issue, Late Comers, Absence
\xc2\xb7 Handling Employees\' Medical Issue which might arise together with the TPA, as well as insurance
\xc2\xb7 Dealing with Medical Third-Party Agents, Insurance Third-Party Agents, from case to case
\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely resolution to employee queries, especially on compensation and benefits, rules and regulations, and application
\xc2\xb7 Claim on Insurance, Social Security Organization (SOCSO) for employees\' cases like deceased, industrial accident, personal injuries and etc
\xc2\xb7 Prepare Payroll Processing, Employee Claim, Overtime and Statutory Payments by deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Payroll System Provider to troubleshoot and resolve payroll related issues
\xc2\xb7 Compliance with the latest amended Employment Act and Collective Agreement
\xc2\xb7 Manage all communications with tax, regulatory, judicial, or legislative authorities
\xc2\xb7 Prepare Retirement Fund to Finance & Accounts Dept on monthly basis
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with internal and external Auditors, assists as necessary and provides any required information
\xc2\xb7 Reservation and setup of meetings and board meeting rooms, including beverage preparation if needed
\xc2\xb7 Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, bookings, accommodation for outstation and business trip staff
\xc2\xb7 Process staffs\' reimbursements invoices
\xc2\xb7 Execute on Ad Hoc related task if needed
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in any field. (Candidate without relevant education but with relevant experience shall be considered for an interview as well)
\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years\' experience in the related field is required for this position.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Allowance :
\xc2\xb7 Monthly Incentive (Upon confirmation)
\xc2\xb7 Attendance Incentive (Based on Leave condition)
\xc2\xb7 Attendance Allowance (Based on Daily Attendance)
\xc2\xb7 Transport Allowance of RM80.00/month (Based on Leave condition)
